How it Works…
Initially the programme begins with a Clarity Session where we aim to achieve clarity in a number of key areas. We also clearly define where you and your business are at the outset and where you want to be in three, five, and ten years. It’s this session which provides oxygen for the coaching programme.
We’ll then set to work on the goals, priorities and challenges that have been identified. We’ll meet at least twice a month and use email and phone calls to follow up on actions as appropriate.
